Growing up I loved learining about different philosophies, and exploring ways to continually improve lifestyle, health and wellbeing. I fell in love with Chinese medicine and its natural way of maintaining health and combating disease when in my early 20's, so decided to train professionally.
In 2007 I qualified as an acupuncturist, Tui na massage therapist and Chinese herbalist after four full years of training at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture. I ran a busy practice in Central London where I successfully treated many people suffering from a wide range of conditions.
My move to Somerset and becoming a mother has been another amazing journey where I have learnt just how challenging and rewarding life can be. I have also discovered that when life is busy and demanding, maintaining health and energy is key to survival and so my knowledge of acupuncture and healthy living was invaluable.
